- HOW do we determine if you’re the A-player we need?

1. WHO? (Who do we want in our company and how to know if you’re the right person for us?)
No, we don’t care if you’re a beginner or a senior. We don’t care about your previous working experience at all. It took us five years and 50 people to find our 15 A-players. We’ve learned to weed out the great marketers from the good ones and we’ve noticed it keeps coming back to the person’s core values.
These are the five Core Values, we’re looking for, the 1st one being the essential trait for our team:
- Impact Addict
- Genuine Care
- Sense of Urgency
It all boils down to our company culture. Keeping a positive company culture is what matters most to us. We want to be surrounded by people who understand how important it is to bring value to the clients and the company itself. We want to work with people who really care about what they do.
However, the core values are not always enough. You also need to have the ability to get results. The key is to see that growth problems are actually opportunities and to have the tenacity to keep solving those problems over and over again building your understanding along the way.
You should care for the company and the clients. You should believe in yourself, be hungry for knowledge, and eager to grow. You need to be mentally involved in the processes to the point of not being able to sleep at night if the issues are not yet resolved. The Impact Addicts enjoy getting stressed out over problems. They enjoy finding solutions because they’re genuinely passionate about what they do! They are excited and celebrate finding answers to the challenging questions. Does this describe you?
2. HOW do we determine if you’re the A-player we need?
We have a proven interview process: It has 4 phases.
- A phone call
- A task
- The final interview
- The trial period of employment
The process is designed to find people with potential and determine if that potential is enough to start a successful career at LeanSEM. This is not your regular 9-5 job; it’s a growth-driven lifestyle. The job is complicated and technical; it requires a high level of responsibility and business communication.
