I’m thrilled to announce that Gabriela Lazova is officially taking the helm as the new CEO of the LEAN agency. 🚀

Stepping down was a no-brainer for me, and let me tell you why. Gabriela has this incredible knack for facing challenges and almost always turning them into triumphs. She joined us with minimal experience but quickly proved herself to be a superhero, taking on bigger challenges and coming out as a winner. Her laser focus on making a real impact with every client and person we touch is unmatched.

So, why step down? Well, there are two reasons:

First, because I wholeheartedly believe Gabriela can take LEAN to even greater heights than I ever could. It’s all about meritocracy, folks, and Gabriela has more than earned her shot at leading the charge.

Second, over the past two years, operating remotely from the Bay Area while our exceptional team operated elsewhere, presented its challenges. While remote management has its merits, I’ve come to realize that building a shared vision requires more than just signals on a screen. It demands collaboration and shared physical space, something that has been challenging to achieve from a distance. Consequently, this has impacted the synergy and speed of our growth.

As for me, I’m not going anywhere! I’m staying with the company but in a different capacity. I’ll be more focused on mentoring all of our people and helping our clients grow their companies. If there is anything I can do to help any of you out there, you know where to find me. Just reach out!
